Administrative Professionals Week in 2011 is April 24 - 30.
Administrative Professionals Day 2011 is Wednesday, April 27th.
Since 1952, the International Association of Administrative Professionals has honoured office workers by sponsoring Administrative Professionals Week. Today, it is one of the largest workplace observances in the world.
IAAP-Vancouver Chapter hosted its annual Administrative Professionals Day celebration on April 21st, 2010 at the Pan Pacific Hotel. We are very excited to offer opportunities to sponsor APD. Your company logo (with URL link) will appear on the website and in The Link for three months, plus in the APD Supplement (read the APD 2010 Supplement). To learn more about our sponsorship program, please read Sponsorship Opportunities.
Another reward that your management may like to consider is sponsoring your membership in IAAP. For a very modest investment, you enjoy the on-going reward of growing in confidence as you gain knowledge about office policies and procedures, insight into human resources issues, and financial acumen to read a balance sheet and identify any issues that may require further attention. As an empowered administrative professional, you bring a broader range of skills and a greater depth of knowledge to the position, which in turn enables management to turn its attention to other matters. It's a win-win situation, and we all want that, don't we! To learn more, please visit Benefits
of Membership/Employee. And, for suggestions on how management will benefit from sponsoring your membership, see Benefits of Membership/Employer.
Your company may also be interested in supporting the Vancouver Chapter by purchasing advertising space on our website or in The Link, our newsletter that is published 10 times a year, along with a Summer Supplement and an APD edition. To learn more about this fantastic opportunity to reach not only local IAAP Chapter members but also the 28,000 members of IAAP worldwide, please review our Advertising Program. To book your ad, simply complete the Advertising Request Form. Additional details on method of payment and artwork requirements are included on the order form.
