IAAP celebrates its 70th anniversary this year!
The International Association of Administrative Professionals is a not-for-profit association for office professionals with approximately 22,000 members and affiliates in 500 chapters worldwide. For 70 years, IAAP has been helping administrative professionals reach their career goals.
Our certification programs are recognized as the industry standard. We issue five separate publications to keep our members at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and share up-to-date information about today's office. With three annual conferences and opportunities to serve on committees at the Chapter, Division and International levels, IAAP members have numerous opportunities to learn and grow - not just in their jobs, but in their lives.
IAAP has incorporated its Core Values (Integrity, Respect, Adaptability, Communication, and Commitment) into a comprehensive Standards of Integrity document. This document addresses the trust and behaviour of all members of IAAP, as well as the ethical conduct of the Board of Directors and staff of IAAP.
