Chapter Program

The International Association of Administrative Professionals' mission is: Enhancing the success of career-minded administrative professionals by providing opportunities for growth through education, community building and leadership development.

With this focus in mind, the Executive and Board of Directors of the Vancouver Chapter strive to provide their members with a program that is timely and meets these goals. Most of our meetings qualify for recertification points to help our CAP and/or CAP-OM members recertify (required every 5 years).

RSVPs and Agenda


The Vancouver Chapter of IAAP usually holds its Education Forum and Monthly Business Meeting the second Wednesday of each month from September through June. Unless otherwise notified, our meetings will be held at the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel, 1180 West Hastings Street, Vancouver (map).

The reservation link is accessible on the Home Page several weeks before the meeting date. We also send a reminder closer to the date. For your convenience, a reservation form is available through the Upcoming Events section on our Home Page. You may pay in advance by credit card, or at the door with cheque or cash.

RSVPs must be received by Meeting Coordinator Yuen Chow, CAP-OM no later than 12:00 Noon on the Friday preceding the meeting date.  Please note, too, that cancellations must be received by Yuen Chow, CAP-OM no later than 12:00 Noon on the Friday preceding the meeting date. All no-shows will be billed.
